Washington State Minimum Wage 2025 Chart. Starting january 1, 2025, washington’s minimum wage will increase to $16.66 per hour, reflecting a 2.35 percent rise from 2024. Will have the highest minimum wage in the country next year, with its current minimum wage at $17.50 effective july 2024 and another increase to be calculated in july.
For 2025, the wage for younger workers will be $14.16 per hour. Effective 1/1/2025, the minimum wage in washington state will be $16.66.
